Thank God for the internet..here is where I found Joe the appliance guy!! I lucked out for once..he came on time..knew his job..and was confident,reasonable & efficeient. Now I don't have to buy a new stove..a pleasure..and I know if I have any problems he will be here "johnny-on-the spot!!"
