I called Joe because my 22 year old washing machine was making loud noises on the spin cycle. I asked him to come Monday afternoon or Tuesday. He was very accomodating. He fixed my machine. He had the part, I didn't have to pay him for an extra trip to go out and get it. He even took the time to fix a burner on my old stove that wasn't working.
