My stove needed a new part, which he picked up and installed. It still didn't work properly so he had to come back. Turned out to be a faulty part.
He charged me for another visit. Why should I have to pay for another visit for a faulty part? Not fair. He should have gone after the supplier but easier to get it from the customer.

Sorry if this did happen but my policy is not to charge a second service call especially for a defective part. I don't remember ever doing this or what the particular circumstances are.
