Stove did not work at all. The cord burned out and affected the block. JOE SHOWED UP WITHIN HOURS.he acquired the parts which was not easy and completed repairs. I would definitely use Joe again

It was my pleasure to help you out on this odd occurance. I was also surprised and how it was burnt out and I noticed how concerned you guys were. I wanted to make sure it was repaired as quickly as possible especially because it was a safety issue. It sure is nice to have a peace of mind.
