Joe was candid and very prompt, as well as clearly operating with our best interest in mind. He performed the dryer repair for us, the same day he came, last November/December (2015) and the dryer is still working well, having been used MANY times since!
I put $250 but I honestly can't recall the cost. It was very reasonable for the time, parts and effort he provided.
