Joe is a very professional service person and responded immediately to my phone call. He arrived the next day at the exact time promised. He not only fixed my washing machine but I asked if he would look at my dishwasher while he was here as it was noisy and he fixed that as well. Great guy to deal with and very fair in pricing.
