Joe The Appliance Guy

My Whirlpool freezer was leaking water and notice ice buildup on the bottom tray. I notice the drain in the freezer was frozen. I called Joe at 10 AM and left a message. He called me back in 30 minutes and he was able to squeeze me in and come to the house at 11 AM. Joe had this homemade tool to defrost the frozen drainage without having to unload everything in the freezer or remove any of the racks and railing. Because of this homemade tool, he fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He's a great guy, very friendly and professional. I'd definitely use him again for any other appliance repairs in the future.
