Joe is the BEST!
I explained the problem to him over the phone and he nailed the diagnosis without even seeing it.
When he arrived he already had the new part i needed. He quickly confirmed the problem was what he thought it was and installed the part and was on his way.
Very courteous and honest and a true professional.
