Joe The Appliance Guy

Joe couldn't fit us into his schedule but recommended his colleague Colin - Colin talked me through the problem (water coming out from under a washing machine) and told me his suspicions (loose hose).
Colin arrived within a couple of days and had the problem fixed in no time. He ran an empty wash load to make sure the problem did not re-occur. He also took the time (as it ran) to talk to me about my concerns about my fridge.
Colin's visit gave us peace of mind and we would certainly call him again if we had any similar problems. I also want to thank him for respecting my household's Covid precautions and wearing a mask while onsite with no issue.
