I just wanted to thank you and to let you know how pleased I was with Fred & Philip's work today.

They were punctual, friendly, responsible, and efficient . . . not to mention cheerful.

Once we had done a quick assessment of the items in the house, they jumped to work and loaded up quickly. They worked carefully with all of our items . . . nothing broken or damaged. They did many little things without being asked, such as taking empty boxes to the recycling room on their way back to the elevator.

I especially appreciated their professionalism when we ran into some elevator problems at our destination.

They made the day go very smoothly for me.

These guys helped move a 3br house from a storage unit from Toronto to Montreal. They were very efficient, careful, communicative, and most of all, honest about the price/quote/time. I had multiple phone calls updating me on the status of my move, and they arrived on time and were very efficient. The movers were also friendly and personable. If this sounds too glowing of a review to be true - count me happily surprised because I haven't had such good experiences with other movers - especially when I hired one of the "big" well known companies.

Best of all, the move came in $500 under the estimate - I've never had that happen before.

From the initial phone call to moving day Tender Touch is simply amazing. The crew of Phil, Ali and Kareem were professional, polite, didn't complain about the stairs or heat!
