We purchased a refrigerator in October. It was making a loud hum and an eventual loud whirring noise came from the back. We called and were referred to customer service. They sent a repair person who told us that it could not be repaired, only replaced and that he would file a report. We were told 2 weeks later after we kept calling that there was nothing wrong with the appliance. This went back and forth for weeks, with no one taking responsibility. The fridge was also freezing items on the top shelf and started dripping water. We still have no resolution, only failed promises. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever had. 100% buyer Beware.
