Can someone at Tasco head office explain to me what is wrong with this picture? I'm fed up with the lack of action and communication I am receiving from customer service at Tasco. I've had nothing but problems with this washer since it landed in my home 2 months ago. I've had a technician over within the first month of ownership. Now I must say the sales agent was very professional and knowledgable but this is ruining the customer experience. Clothes coming out soaked and dirty the way they went in and the noise and shaking is enough to wake the dead. Tasco or Whirlpool get it together and take this lemon out of my home. Why risk losing a repeat customer for a lifetime.
