Dishwasher

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought the extended warranty from Tasco. Two years later I call for service. It took two weeks to get an appointment. Technician diagnosed problem and said new motor needed. Five days to order parts. Five days later I call to ask about parts. Parts are in, but can't get an appointment for service until two weeks later. Today is two weeks later. I took another day off work. No technician. I spent 4 hours trying to get someone to confirm my appointment. No one confirms, and worse yet. They deny they even made the appointment. Shame. shame. Broken dishwasher remains. Broken promises of "renown customer service"...the message you hear when on hold with customer service.
