Purchased all our kitchen appliances from Tasco with a few items on back order. The back order items never arrived. After pursuing Tasco for weeks, we decided to show up to the store. The store manager was rude, aggressive and frankly outright crass. She kicked us out of her office and told us to leave the store. The appliance rep was had a look of amazement at her approach to customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

There are times that a customer may purcahse a product that becomes on back order and Tasco relies on the manufacturer and don't have control over what the manufacturer produces. We are at the mercy. Having said that as a consumer you do have the option to reselect to another appliance which may have been in stock. We value your concerns and thank you for your comments.
