MUST READ - Worst experience ever!
Synergy installed a smart home system in our house before we purchased it. Unfortunately, scheduling appointments with them has consistently been difficult, and when we were able to book a service, the quality was often lacking. We've experienced frequent issues with their installations.
For example, after their last visit, the doorbell and cameras they had previously installed stopped working. Despite multiple emails and follow-up attempts to arrange a repair, they continuously delayed scheduling a technician and failed to communicate with us, even after two months. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences we've ever had, and I would NOT recommend their services.
Edit: The owners response to my review is unprofessional and an attempt to shift blame by falsely labeling customers. Instead of addressing their poor service, they chose disrespectful behavior. Despite multiple emails, they never scheduled anyone for months or apologized, leaving our home security compromised, which is unacceptable for a smart home provider. Avoid this company at all costs.

A company has the right to decide who they want to do business with, the customer can be nice and easy to get along with and respect the expertise of the company, others can be very difficult, mistrusting and argumentative. We decided that you are not the type of people we want to do business with as you are the latter and we cut ties with you. Get over it and be nicer to your contractors and perhaps this wont happen to you again in the future.
