My Kitchenaid induction oven stopped heating past 350F on the baking cycle although the convection cycle seemed to work.
It was a broken heating element (there are several.... which I didn't realize) A new one was brought to the appointment because the technician (Micky) had correctly diagnosed the problem based on my description of it to the receptionist at the office.
The very good communication of the issue, the diagnosis before they even got here and the knowledge of the model of my oven made for an efficient repair. Would highly recommend and will use again if and when we need another appliance repair.
