Bill and his staff go way beyond the ordinary. Bill is nothing short of amazing. He is reasonable, highly knowledgeable, punctual, a perfectionist, and a lovey human being. We are beyond pleased!

We bought a old house and decided to lower the basement and redo the entire thing. Bill is ALWAYS on time, has the best quality materials, found the most reliable people, and the work was impeccable. The ideas he brought forth were practical and in some cases he was even able to foresee what the decorator thought would work and change it to be much more functional and user-friendly. He assisted in the layout of the house, as well as contracted painters, pavers/concrete layers, cabinet/installation, moldings, floors (hardwood and tile), he was constantly there and available as well as did some of the work himself (watch out he is a perfectionist!).

Perfection, promptness and honesty proved to be very true. I have the most beautiful home!! Thanks Bill for everything. The job was closest to perfection ever!! I recommend Sunnyside Contracting!!

Sunnyside Contracting shines!!! Our home was built in a timely manner, quality of workmanship was superb the contractor Bill was honest and a real perfectionist. As a result we now live in a home to be proud of.

Excellent, I had Bill put in a back splash for me and he fixed my entire counter for me as well as filled in the cracks in the paint around the kitchen. Bill was a very reasonable price given the other quotes and is honest and timely. I have had other renovators and he was by far the best.
