Price included tax, and was less because of early booking with deposit.
Basically painting large deck and wide steps to garden, rails all around, part of an archway; exposed top of a long fence. The main purpose was to protect the wood from weather effects, and improve the finish back to new. It included a thorough sanding before painting. Price includes tax.
