Great service. Jay went above and beyond with his service. We had one area rug that dried a little slow and had a musty smell. Jay came back to the house and cleaned it again and even did 2 additional area rugs that we did not pay for free of charge...he would not take any additional money. His service is excellent and I would recommend him!

My stairs ( white carpet) were incredibly dirty from house full of kids. Jay was extremely professional, arrived quickly and on time, and was able to get the stairs super clean - a task other carpet cleaning services could not handle. Highly recommended!

Our dog is having some glandular issues and because of this our sofa had an aroma that was very unpleasant. I called SteamKleen because of their ratings and I needed someone to clean our sofa today as we have friends coming over tomorrow. I called around 9:00 and they were at our place by 10:30. They were very professional! They not only cleaned the sofa but also our ottoman at no extra cost. I will absolutely be calling them again and will definitely be recommending them. I discovered significant spills and stains all over our family room after the departure of some young house guests. Given the nature of the spills, I knew that they had to be dealt with immediately. When I called Steam Kleen, a friendly real voice answered. Jay and his team found a way to come to me in just a couple of hours. They treated the areas and then cleaned and deodorized the entire carpets. They were prompt, friendly, thorough, and accommodating.

I needed repair to my carpets and steam cleaning done. Ricky, Jay and George were prompt, attentive and provided excellent customer service. The service they provided was done very quickly after I told what I needed done. I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

I had just moved into my house and needed it to be cleaned and sanitized. Jay was very courteous at the time of my initial query, answered all my questions with patience and gave me a great deal. He was on time and very careful with my new property. Upon his arrival I requested him to include for cleaning some more areas in my home. He not only accepted my requested but didn't even charge me more. Throught his stay at my place he was cordial and professional. Knew what to do from the get go and finished his work in a flash. He is one to stand by his work and claims as well. After he left he returned (at my request) a week later to address a minor concern I had and ended up redoing all the tiles and grout. I am thoroughly impressed by the way Jay conducts himself. Absolutely a gem of a guy. Just as his company slogan states, they truely are PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY.

I needed help fast. The cartridge from a red pen was caught in the beater bar of the vacuum cleaner. It was twisted and red ink burst onto the taupe colored carpet. A streak , three feet long and gobs of red ink. I thought the carpet was ruined but called a few emergency cleaning services. Jay answered his phone, advised me on what to do till he got there. He arrived within a few hours and was able to remove the stain completely. What a relief! Great job,great service . He will be back next week for other carpet cleaning and grout cleaning projects. Jay and his colleague were very professional. Any previous stains we had in our carpets had come up after our first service. Without any questions asked, Jay had come back and redone any of the spots where old stains had come up! Thank you for your quick, friendly and professional service! Jay Nader and his colleague arrived right on time. We hadn't spoken in 2 weeks so I was bit apprehensive that they had forgotten about me. However arrived on time, came in, did an absolute fantastic job on the sofa. It had many discolourations on it (solid colour sofa), and now it looks pretty close to brand new! Also steamed cleaned my drapes, which were not dirty, just very dusty. Another excellent job! We will definitely call again next year for a spring cleaning!!! Thanks Jay!!
