Great service. Jay went above and beyond with his service. We had one area rug that dried a little slow and had a musty smell. Jay came back to the house and cleaned it again and even did 2 additional area rugs that we did not pay for free of charge...he would not take any additional money. His service is excellent and I would recommend him!

I had Extra Mile paint the exterior trim of my home in 2012. The original job was terrible. They missed spots, the edging was poorly done and overall was of poor quality. They replaced the painters and came back again and slightly improved the quality. It has now been a few years and the paint is cracking and peeling all over. I called EMP and they said they would only stand behind the job for 1 year. I would have to pay for my home to be repainted again. This is not what I would expect from a reputable company. They were not even open to a middle ground. I would strongly advise against using this company.
