Had Steem Kleen in on an urgent basis to steam clean shag area rug, couch and stairs. Service was prompt and response time was excellent.
Unfortunately, the paint was lifted on baseboards (from the heat of the equipment) and I was informed that shag carpet should be dry cleaned instead of steam cleaned, in order to achieve optimum results. Of course, this was communicated after job was completed and payment was due. Deal was cash only-no receipt given. No paper trail to guarantee work. Very disappointed with this experience.
