Jay was very polite and efficient. My upstairs 4 bedroom white berber carpet area was very dirty and very wrinkled. Jay stretched the carpet beautifully and got out all the stains. I am so happy as now it looks like I have a new carpet. Thanks so much Jay:) A 5 star job I highly recommend you.
