I was very impressed with Specialty Brick & Fireplace right from the moment I stepped into their showroom. From the sales staff to the installers they were polite, knowledgable and professional at all times. All three of their locations were filled with choices and options.
Even after the installation, when some minor problems developed with my appliance, they were quick to find the appropriate solutions to my problems.
This was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had! Five stars and two thumbs up!!
