A colleague at work advised me to only go with another contractor when I told him about our plan of re-doing our porch. However, while on a visit to a friend’s house, I noticed that they had re-done their front balcony and admired the craftsmanship. I was told Solocrete did it for them, and so I contacted Solocrete for our porch (am glad I did!). Solocrete did an amazing job in updating our front, back and side walkway in exposed aggregate with decorative concrete border. We dealt with Frank, and he was a very courteous, very efficient and knowledgeable guy…very pleasant to work with. We made a mistake of updating our railings first before we decided to overhaul our porch, and technically, contractors will only remove that in order to do their job but wont re-install it. Frank re-installed that for us for free, and although they had to remove our existing front stairs and replaced it with a new concrete, they made sure the railings still fit right back. Frank was also flexible enough to come twice to re-draw the plot after some issue with our next door neighbour. Despite the unpredictable fall weather, they finished the job on time, as per the 2-week timeframe they promised us from the start. Their workers are also amazing…very unobtrusive..came and went with their excellent work without supervision. I highly recommend them for aggregate work! Our house looks so much better, it was worth every penny we spent on it.

I was very happy with the service and product. This was a small job which consisted of a walkway from the street going up my driveway and around to the side of the home.

They were able to come out and do the job much earlier than projected as they were able to fit my small job in after they finished a large job earlier than expected.

The walkway looks great and was done very neatly with a nice raised edge that came out better than I pictured.

In a testament to their work my direct neighbor has signed on to get her walkway installed with them as well.

We recently had our driveway and porch done with stamped concrete by Solocrete. We can't say enough about how professional and friendly every work crew was. They arrived when they said they would if not earlier. Every interaction we had strarting with John the owner was amazing. The end result was over and above our expections. John and his crew did a great job on our walkways and rear patio. We are very pleased with colors and a quality of stamped concrete they did. They were very profesional and efficient.We received a lot of compliments from our neighbours and friends. We already recommended Solocrete to one of our friends and will definetly recommend them due to good job and reasonable price.

Daniel and his team worked over a span of 2 weeks to deliver a stamped concrete patio in the backyard of 500 sq ft (including concrete cutting, sealing). I chose a beige color for the main concrete portion and a chocolate color for the borders and, needless to say, it turned out great! Although this job was completed in Aug 2014, I'm here giving their well-deserved review because they delivered quality as promised - simple as that.
