When the guy who comes to clean your carpet and sofa does a happy dance because he loves his job and when he gives you tips on cleaning and a bit of cleaning solution and when he charges you too little, you know you are getting a great deal. If I could have Soft Surfaces come over every day, it would be a pleasure. Their workmanship is fabulous, and from what I hear, their smiles are always ear to ear!!
