I would like to extend my appreciation to Claude for the patients he showed to me through what was to me a very difficult stressful process.
The longevity of your roof is very dependent on the condition of your attic. I now own a “SMART” roof and attic.
Unfortunately I will not live the 50 years to find out if Certainteed shingles are non-prorated. :)
The transferable warranty was very important to me.
