Sm3 Contracting

I hired SM3 to renovate my store - paint, tile work, flooring, etc. I had a very limited time frame. I explained that I only had about 1 day to complete everything since I closed only on Sundays and did not want to inconvenience my clients. Needless to say, SM3 completed everything on time and with the utmost professionalism. My clients were so impressed with the workmanship that they even inquired about SM3s availability for their personal renovations! Of course, I was more than happy to refer this company. I can only say that the scope of their work extends far beyond personal spaces but commercial spaces as well. I highly recommend SM3!

My wife and i hired SM3 Contracting about 2 years to do a house renovation.The project included wall repair,whole house painting,second floor hardwood install,foyer 18x18 porcelain titles install and a full master bathroom renovation.

Overall SM3's craftsmanship and service was excellent. Also i was impressed that they were fully licensed and insured. I would recommend SM3 to friends and family in fact i already have.

we hired this company to do demo, install unfinished hardwood floors, marble install and paint. First they started 2 weeks late with only 2 people, they missed many work days to do other jobs. It took over 2 months just for the demo. The painting was awfull, we had to get the paint company to determine if it was a bad batch or workmanship. It turned out to be bad workmanship but the paint company supplied more paint to satisfy us. Sm3 insisted their work was fine but once we proved to them it was the wokmanship, they repainted the house. Once they repainted the house, the owner said he couldn't stain the hardwood and to find someone else. After we found another company, we asked Sm3 to finish the work on the contract. The owner of sm3 said he wouldn't come back because I didn't apologize to him and that I wasted his time. Sm3 has breached our contract and left me with a mess to deal with and has caused me to pay more money to finish the reno. This company does not have experience and does not stand by their work and easily walks away from a contract. I regret hiring this company and I will not recommend their services.

We had Damian come in to do a bathroom renovation and basement finishing. We couldn't be happier with the finished results. Absolutely beautiful. He completed everything on time and on budget. Damian takes great pride in his work and it shows, he was very helpfull with suggestions and communicated with us every step of the way. We highly recommend SM3 Contracting to everyone.
