Mattresses review in

I paid for a new mattress, it was delivered, it had a toxic smell, lasted a week, but I knew it was new anyway. Thats because they have a reuse system, where you can get a used mattress. I decided to exchange for a different mattress, it was suppose to be new, but it turned out to be used. So I paid $500. more for a used mattress!!!!
No satisfaction from emails or phone calls either! I was offered to pay another $500 for the same mattress (NEW) a 2015 model!! That's suppose to make it OK??? Not at all!!! Be careful when you purchase, make sure you don't get a used mattress, when you want,(and pay for) a new mattress UNUSED!!!!!!!!!
