Im having an issue with sleep country, I bough the warranty for stains. I have called numerous times, once I got a call back, I was at the doctors office, was not able to pick up, called right away and no answer again. I was told I had two weeks to call after a stain, I have been calling and no calls back. I also send in the pics 2010, never call back. I will never go back to them. I think there warranty its such a rip off.
