Warranty Issue Sleep Country Canada
I have to agree with the others that have suffered at the hands of Sleep Country. We are dealing with a warranty issue. I followed the online warranty submission instructions, received approval to have the mattress replaced only to be told by the delivery guys that there is a small mark(their words "barely visible") and so they can not make the exchange, yet I could not find it and when I asked them to show me the mark they struggled to even locate the "spot". I am positive if i have them come back tomorrow they wouldnt even be able to find it. so if I want to have the bed exchanged I have to pay to have it professionally cleaned, prove it with a receipt. Customer service was not help, and asking to speak with a supervisor useless, they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. NO I will not ever buy from Sleep Country again and would encourange anyone who is thinking of buying from them to really do your homework first, the sales people are great at making it sound good, but in real practice nothing can be further from the truth. And the best part is I had to take an unpaid day off work to wait for the delivery.
