tempurpedic matteress

my wife and I decide that it was time to get a really good bed. We went down to the local sleep country and looked around. A nice fellow approached us and took us through the benefits of the products. I am a carpenter?builder and work hard a lot. I really wanted a bed that I would get a deep, rejuvenating sleep so I could wake up refreshed and work hard. I asked for a moderately firm mattress with good support. The salesman pointed out the celebrity by tempurpedic, It would be an excellent choice I was told. My wife felt it was too expensive but if I could work harder it would pay for itself. Well the clincher was the no interest credit. I applied and got it and they would deliver my new sleeping dream (that cost as much as some cars I have had). The first 4-6 months were good, very good I think (it is hard to remember now) after 6 months I noticed that my back was sore in the morning. I told my wife and she said her was also sore. we turned the mattress around and it heeled for about a week. we tried sleeping sideways and it work for a while too. I decided to stop in and talk to the guys at sleep country. They told me that sleep country would send someone out. Well someone came, he measured the flatness of the bed. checked the specs and told me it was "borderline"? WTF does that mean? yep that means that they will do nothing. well its about a year and a half now and I can hardly sleep on the bed. the couch is more comfortable. I am still paying $200 a month for a bed I hate and that is really hard to do. I have called sleep country and they will not help. tempurpedic says that from what the gentleman that came to my house and checked my bed told them nothing is wrong with the bed. Well I am here to tell anyone that reads this that Tempurpedic beds are terrible. the foam gets soft and has no support. Both my wife and I are having the same problems so it id not just me. Sleep country got my $5000 and then blew me off. there gauruntees and all that are hot air. Once they have your money they don't give a crap about customer service. unfortunately I found a lot of other reviews with the same problems after I had purchased the bed. It seems that many people have had the exact experience with both sleep country and tempurpedic. Do yourself a favour if you are buying a bed. Go to a LOCAL company that would not dare to rip you off. also don't fall for the NASA crap tempurpedic swedish mattresses are crap, really rally expensive crap.

Approximate cost of services:
$5,500.00
