Shower Door

Mirrors & Glass review in Toronto

Order my shower door two weeks ago. Called last week to follow up; left message; no callback from them. Called last Saturday; left message; no callback. Called their Sales Department yesterday and spoke with a gentleman who said there was no record of my sale by my name nor phone # in spite of them having my deposit. I went back through paperwork and located an order #...called it back in, and they located my order and said someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. Today i left another message. Has anyone else had this experience?
