We had Jared along with his trainee Jamie, come to service a gas fireplace in our recently purchased home. I have never had a gas fireplace before and was concerned that our tenants in the basement would have heating issues if I ran the fireplace upstairs. Also, the location of my electronics was a concern. The young men were very knowledgeable and gave me lots of valuable information. They took the time to explain how to work the unit for my particular circumstances. Jared did a great job of cleaning the unit and both were very respectful of my house and keeping things clean in the process. Jared made some repairs, and suggested something to enhance the look of the fireplace. It now looks great! In conclusion, I cannot say enough about those two young men. They were very professional and personable while being clean, efficient, and knowledgeable.
