Purchased a new dishwasher, it was installed, and one of the Jets was broken.
We thought we fixed it but it came off two weeks later. We called Sears, told them the parts number, offered to send a photograph of the part.
First repairman arrived 2 weeks later, no part, did not even know what was wrong, and ordered the part.
Two weeks later another repairman arrived, with the WRONG part.
three weeks later we are still waiting.
