My parents always brought me to Sears since I was young and I've always been told they were great with service. Last summer I bought my first refrigerator and used their delivery service. The worst experience of my life! Guys showed up with greasy hands, dirtied my floors with their shoes, quick a tomato plant I had outside, I found tomatoes everywhere. They even completed the delivery sheet checking "no damage", which I'm suppose to fill out. The fridge had a dent in the back! And they insisted I should sign no damage, hurried to push it in place so I wouldn't see the dent. I was so disappointed I don't think I'll ever buy another appliance at Sears. They contract out the deliveries and it's a shame there is not better quality control. When I phoned customer service, they did not hesitate to compensate me for the trouble and the damage. Made me think they deal with this on a regular basis. Then, why not hire more reliable delivery companies??
