We have been with Safetech Alarms ever since we moved to this house in August 2003 (on the day of the blackout!). During the first year, there were a number of times that our alarm went off (in error mostly) and we were very pleased with the prompt response. In fact, when we hit the panic button by mistake we were visited by two security personnel within 10 minutes (which was very gratifying although it was a false alarm).
While we have continued with Safetech we are not so certain that our alarm is working - we would recommend that the company test these alarms on an on going basis to ensure customers that these are being monitored and are working. Other than that, no complaints!
