I have been very pleased with the promptness and reliability for both the monitoring service provided and two seperate upgrades I requested. The phone call-back system has been very reliable when the alarm was tripped accidentally and the servicemen who performed the hardware upgreades were very skilled and efficient. I would highly recommend SafeTech.
