The services weren’t working for a while. The time you get a hold of them to inform - they don’t return back your money but instead they try to resell the services. Very unprofessional customer services , lack of support services provided to their clients ( they don’t return back your money ) absolutely never going back to them again !!!

We never tried to upsell services. Actually, we reached out to set up a FREE service call to fix the problem you are having with the security system, and even offered to replace a keypad at NO COST to you. You ignored us and would not allow our technician into your home to inspect and diagnose the issue. The problem you are having is loss of communication, as a result of switching internet services causing the alarm not to transmit signals to our central station.
