The service is ok. Small company, I've had a few issues but overall I'm pleased with the service. If you're cost-sensitive you should consider this group as they're one of the more affordable options

I would say we are medium size company but large for a security company. In fact I can only think of about 15 companies that are larger than us nation wide. We do service all major urban centers in Canada and we like to consider ourselves as the most cost effective security option. Sincerely, Sean.

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

We have been using safe tech for 4 years now and honestly, the service couldn't be worse. First of all, when we originally signed up they tried to double charge us and I ended up having to threaten to cancel my credit card to get them to admit their mistake. Then one of the components of the security system broke 2 years in and the only way I could get them to fix it was to sign another 3 year contract. As a part of the agreement when we renewed, we made sure that if we moved they would agree to pay for the instalation in the new house. We recently moved, and when I called for a new instalation...guess what shows up, another 3 year contract or I can pay $350 for the system. These folks are clearly amateurs who don't honour their words. I would seriously avoid them and go with a more reputable provider
