An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
What I like best about SafeTech is that they always call whenever there is something wrong and they don’t stop trying until they reach someone. At home we feel very protected knowing SafeTech is listening, especially when I am away my wife loves having SafeTech’s service. My System meets my needs all the time, whenever I have had to call the technical support line the staff has been great, always trying to help. SafeTech your customer service is excellent, keep up the good work.
