An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are in the process of moving to another house, but we still have a contract with Safetech. I called the customer service department and advised them on how we can "break the contract". Unfortunately, they advised us that we still needed to continue the contract until the end of the term. However, they gave us positive options such as moving the contract to our new location or having the contract transferred over to the new owners without paying too much. The customer service at Safetech is top-notch; they always deliver solutions!
