Called in to have my security system installed. Started out great, they had everything we wanted and it was at a decent price. I booked this service over a month in advance and a day before the installation, they cancel and say they need to change the day. No problem, I agree and move it a few days later. They call me again right before the new installation date and move the installation to a week and a half later. Completely unacceptable. I speak to Sean the owner and find out that had a technician lined up but when he found out our system was a new system, he didn't want to install it. Then the replacement installer got a headache and didn't want to the installation. I even spoke to the owner and said that he wanted a specific technician who was younger to do the job because the system was new. Why arent all of your technicians capable of installing this system?
They have essentially no technicians on hand to do installations which raises serious concerns that if there is an issue, how long will it take to replace?
Seriously DO NOT use this company. Their excuses were ridiculous and this would not happen with literally any other company.
