I have family members who have used this company and called them based on their recommendation. Bryan came to give me a quote and he was very professional and helpful. The morning of the install my wife called to get an ETA so she could make it work around my newborn baby's nap time. She was told early afternoon, 10 mins after, someone called my cell phone and said they were on the way. So my wife waited around all morning and no one showed up. They arrived at 3:00 and installed the door. I was surprised that the capping wasn't done. They called the next day to collect payment on the balance before the capping was installed. I called to tell them I wasn't paying until the job was finished and find out when the capping would be done. They told me it was a subcontractor, that it would be done early the following week. A week came and went and no one came. I called back they said he was coming Friday or Saturday. Again, no one came. They showed up Monday to do it. The weather stripping was warped, and reinstalled incorrectly after the capping was put on. This is now 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting for them to come fix the weatherstripping. My emails aren't being returned. They told me 2 weeks ago that someone was coming the following week, then last week it was going to be this week ... I'm still waiting. The door works great and looks great, but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!
UPDATE: Someone finally came to fix the weatherstripping (5 weeks after I was originally told it would be fixed), but didn't have the caulking to seal it properly. I called and spoke to the owner - he refused to listen to me and just yelled that I wouldn't get any discounts, and said that he would have to again send someone back to do the caulking. When the service guy cut away the old caulking he scratched the capping. I told the company that I was sick of dealing with them and that I don't want them back to my house to fix the capping, but that I want a discount to compensate for the numerous delays and terrible service. I got an email today demanding the outstanding balance with the capping issues still unresolved. I'm now filing a complain with the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
