Recently my garage door cable broke and the whole door came off the tracks crashing down.. Called a few companies and then got the reference for Royal Overhead Doors from my neighbour.
I called Joe and he was very quick to respond, sent a technician the next day.. after inspecting the damage and the cost to put it all back together, I decided to replace the door. The price for the door was a lot less than all the other places I had called and luckily the door we liked was in stock so we were able to get the door install in the next two days.
Joe understood our issues and took care of them promptly.
