This is the 2nd time I have had a problem with window which, this time, will cost me to repair (why). We initiated calling in October which was their "busy" season and on Dec. 3rd, they are still busy and we are not a high priority and may be serviced in 1-2 weeks. This company has not once returned or initiated a phone call in response to our numerous calls for updates and assistance. We are tempted to call the company that installed the remaining 90% of our windows to resolve the problem, rather pay a company with good service than one that couldn't care less about their customers.
