Royal Decks And Landscapes

This is the first time we've had any major contract work performed so we were very careful when selecting a company. We actual found out about Royal Decks through this site due to the great reviews they has recieved.

All I can say is that they certainly lived up to the hype. Miro is a great person to work with, he is very open and honest and doesn't use any high pressure sales tactics. He drew and costed out three or four different designs for us, and we kept going back to him with various questions which he was more than happy to answer. I'm sure we could have shopped around for a slightly cheaper deal but the comfort of mind you get working with Miro is worth every penny. There was never any haggling over additional costs, the price Miro originally estimated was the price we paid, even though minor modifications had to be made. He even used the left over materials to build us a new gate free of charge so it would match the deck !

Miro and his colleague built our deck over the course of two weeks, they were hard working, and very courteous. I've heard horror stories from other people about contract work like this but Miro made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.

The quality and design are excellent, and our deck looks beautiful, it's added 400ft of square living space onto our house, we are very happy and highly recommend Royal Decks.

Last summer I had Royal Decks design and install a deck over an old brick patio.
The project started with a professional agreement detailing what would be delivered, the timing and the price.
The work was finished on time and the result surpassed my expectations. Friends and family have been very complimentary of the look of the finished product.

I had a 2 level deck put in with a privacy screen and I was very pleased with the work. Great attention to detail and was built exactly to my expectations. I would highly recommend Royal Decks if you are looking for top quality workmanship at a great price.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the job that Royal Decks did for us. Miro himself came to build our deck and he was a true professional, very polite with an excellent eye to detail. He even used color-coordinated screws on the different colours of the Trex decking. Access to the backyard was very tricky as the laneways on both sides of our house are extremely narrow and we were concerned. Miro was a trooper and even had to carry the gravel bucket by bucket into the backyard as he wasn't able to fit a wheelbarrow through.

Follow-up service has been excellent as well - Miro is always quick to come by and make any required adjustments. We just love our new deck and would highly recommend Royal Decks to anyone.

Miro builds a great deck at the right price. We had a simple cedar deck with a large privacy fence built behind our house. Work started somewhat late due to rainy weather in the previous weeks, and the work took a few days longer than expected, but the result is a beautiful and solid deck, built with careful attention to detail. You can completely trust Mirono surprise renegotiations or extra charges, and when heavier wood needed to be used for structural elements, he made the substitution at his own expense. A great find!
