We were looking for someone to build a new deck with wheelchair access. From the very start Miro and Royal Decks were professional, efficient, and understood exactly what we needed. They started construction one week early and the crew they sent to build the deck was amazing. Harley is a true master of his craft. His attention to detail, meticulous craftsmanship and the pride he takes in his work are evident in watching him work every day and result in an amazing finished product. The structural integrity of the deck is above and beyond what was necessary. The decking, railings and privacy screen are outstanding! We could not be happier with the finished product; it was worth every penny! We highly recommend Royal Decks to anyone who is looking for the ultimate in professionalism and craftsmanship! This was my first foray into a real construction project and I researched it heavily. Miro was the only one to actually come out and look at the site and suggest the best way to move forward. He was very professional and provided numerous quotes and drawings for different materials and design. He started the project earlier then expected and his carpenters - Patrick and Adam were first-rate and did an amazing job in every facet. They worked in extreme heat and finished the job ahead of schedule. Kudos to the entire company for their professionalism and leaving the site perfectly cleaned up.

Royal Decks was a pleasure to deal with. I reached out to 5 contractors but Royal Decks was the only company that gave me a detailed item by item cost of the entire project. Miro gave us plenty of options and made sure we made the best choice given our budget. Miro was very accepting of some last minute revisions to the design and re-priced the project the very next day. His patio installers were dedicated tradesmen and offered to re-do some pavers from a previous job. They matched the previous stone work and ensured the design was seamless.
Miro gave us a payment schedule based on project completion and the project was completed on budget and on time.
Steve as project manager was excellent, he communicated almost daily on the status of the work and let us know in advance if there would do be a delay. Steve inspected the final job and replaced a few boards that did not meet quality standards.

From the beginning we were very impressed with Miro and Royal Decks. We had a bit of a complicated deck project and though we wanted something simple in design, Miro's design included extra details and little touches that would keep it from looking too cookie-cutter. When we had some issues with the city, Miro went above and beyond in his dealings with them. We were throughly impressed with how quickly the job was completed - a few days less than what was stated in the contract. Patrick was our carpenter and he did an excellent job. The crew was professional and friendly and pretty much kept to themselves. The site was cleaned up a day after completion and were were able to enjoy our beautiful new deck after about a week and of half from the start date. Communicating with Miro and others at the company was very easy - emails were returned promptly and any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly. Royal Decks is a very reliable company that treats its customers well and also does a wonderful job of designing and building the deck that suits your needs. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Great service from Royal Decks! From the start to finish, the quality of work was exceptional. The process from design to completion was an interactive one. As with any project there are challenges. Whenever an issue arose, Miro and Steve were quick to respond, involve us and come up with solutions.

Compared to the other top tier deck providers, I selected Royal Decks based on the value I expected vs. their cost. I was not disappointed. From the multiple staff who came to plan, prepare, construct and inspect the >500 sq. ft. deck, I felt I was working with a large and competent contractor.
