Tim and Maria were very helpful. It is a nice atmosphere not being pressured and/or rushed like some of the large box appliance stores. Arrangements for delivery were straight forward. Prices and selection are very good. I would recommend Royal Appliance to anyone looking for purchase appliances for their kitchen.

Royal Appliances helped us purchase a great stand up freezer. It came and was put into place by the movers and they were great. We were missing the key for the door lock but they quickly got us a key to use. Highly recommend these guys!

We were looking for an upright freezer for our basement, and happend to see this place while at another store.

We were so happy we went in as the price was AMAZING, they delivered, put the freezer in the sop and it works great.

Renovated our kitchen and bought all our appliances from Royal. Scratch and Dent on side of fridge not even noticeable once installed. Awesome gas stove less than half of what a new one would cost. Very good service, helpful, professional. Love my new kitchen

Great prices, knowlegable staff. We bought 5 applicances for our new home and they were the best prices. Their scratch-and-dent specials might only have a scratch on the back that can't be seen. Or no box for example, but the appliance is perfect. Over the years I have used Royal for repairs and they came at the scheduled time and did fast repairs. Have ordered parts and got them within 2 days if not in stock. They do appliance sales as well as service, so most service companies can be stressed when they have a lot of appointments, so treat them politely and they will treat you the same.

My sister in law and I first went in because I was looking for used appliances for my rental house I have up for sale in a few days.
I drove the pick up truck there but my husband who has had almost 30 years of experience driving trucks and hauling freights was meeting me there so I could take the car and he takes the truck with the appliances.Turns out talking to my dad and not to Irvin (as I was parking and not driving out with the appliances Irvin comes banging at my truck window angrily screaming at me he needs to know what I just said ( to my dad ) and he does not care what I think my husband knows ,that driving on the highway with appliances is different .Yeah okay buddy first don't come to my window looking to attack me and don't tell me what my husband knows when I know his career ! Never again ! If I was not limited to 30 words I have more to say !!

After calling this company they promised to show up the next day and DID NOT. Even after confirming with them the next day they still didn't show. I finally received a phone call with nothing but attitude from Henry. Do not use these people, they don't care about service or even a simple phone call saying "I'm running late but I'll be there".
