My family recently moved to Port Colborne. Finding amazing people everywhere we go. Rossman's Furniture is everything that a quality store should be and more. Mrs Rossman is truly amazing. Her son is so knowledgable. This is a truly a wonderful shopping experience.

We visited Rossman's Storey looking for furniture for our living room. Mrs. Grossman was very helpful, pleasant and informative. We chose a Lazy Boy chair (on the floor) and ordered two of them in our chosen fabric. They were delivered in a timely manner. When we viewed them we were extremely disappointed in the workmanship by Lazy Boy! The stitching was uneven and puckered. We immediately contacted Ron Grossman and explained our dilemma. He was extremely cooperative and suggested that we take a photograph of our complaints and he would forward them on to Lazy Boy. However, due to the busy fabric the photographs did not show the shoddy workmanship. Ron had no hesitation in advising that he would return our money and send the chairs back to Lazy Boy. This was done immediately . I would like to thank Ron for his prompt "no fuss" dealing with our situation. We would have no hesitation dealing with Rossman's Store again.
