I should have read homestars before I called this company, these are the issues:
- they were late by one day so I had to adjust my schedule
- when they supposed to pick up the bin they were late again, I don't know if it was done purposely or not but they came in to pick the disposal bin after a rain fall which made the load of the bin much heavier
- in not time they called me to let me know that the bin was exceeding the 4 tons allowance therefore they charge and extra $135, since a client can not verify the extra weight and they already had the credit card number, any complaint lands on deaf ears, hope this is helpful to innocent human being, please check the homstarts rating before you hire a disposal bin company, good luck to you...
